A table space costs from £15 per table each day for the bank holiday weekend market. A single £10 discount is applied to the total price for trades trading on both days. Your deposit must be paid within 48 hours of your offer to maintain your space, these are not refundable.

One Gazebo is classified as one table space.

Traders need to bring their own setup, including a table, table cloths and chairs. If this is a problem, please let us know at the application stage. If you are referred by another trader or the Kings Trust, please include this in the additional information.

Responses to all applications will be responded to within or before 10 working days. An application form must be filled in to be considered for the market. All store holders must hold their own public liability and attach evidence below. Insurance and food and drink stalls must evidence/hold all up-to date insurances.

The summer fayre market will be indoors within a main central large unit within the shopping centre, with a few outdoor spaces available for gazebos. The Christmas market for 2026 will dates are cofirmed for November 2026, you can sign up now.

The charge is for the allocation of space, and 50% profits are being donated back into the local community to We Are Intertwined CIC. Tables and gazebos must be provided and set/up by stall holders.

We currently only have a very limited number of outdoor spaces available.

All stall holders must have their own public liability insurance, any damage by the public or theft is the sole responsibility of the trader. All products must follow general product safety regulations, be fit for purpose according to UK product law. All food stalls must hold in date health and safety certificate and food hygiene.
