A table space costs from £15 per table each day both markets. A single £10 discount is applied to the total price for trades trading on both days. Your deposit must be paid within 48 hours of your offer to maintain your space, these are not refundable.

One Gazebo, van spaces are also avaliable is classified as one table space. Spaces will be allocated on the day. Location within the centre is subject to change.

Traders need to bring their own setup, including a table, table cloths and chairs. If this is a problem, please let us know at the application stage. If you are referred by another trader or the Kings Trust, please include this in the additional information.

Responses to all applications will be responded to within or before 10 working days. An application form must be filled in to be considered for the market. All store holders must hold their own public liability and attach evidence below. Insurance and food and drink stalls must evidence/hold all up-to date insurances. Insurance liablity is the sole responsablity of the trader and not Here You Belong.

You will be sent an infomation leaflet with infomation to pay and additional infomation once your application has been accepted. We are unable to accept babywear trader and sole coffee traders as this conflicts with tenants on site.

The charge is for the allocation of space, and some of the profits are being donated back into the local community to We Are Intertwined CIC. We do not process refunds. Your payment is to secure your space.

Tables and gazebos must be provided and set/up by stall holders.

We currently only have a very limited number of van spaces avaliable.

All stall holders must have their own public liability insurance, any damage by the public or theft is the sole responsibility of the trader. All products must follow general product safety regulations, be fit for purpose according to UK product law. All food stalls must hold in date health and safety certificate and food hygiene.
